摘　　要：随着小城镇数量的增加和规模的扩大,小城镇人口必然会大幅度增加,这给小城镇房地产的发展提供了良好的机遇。目前,小城镇房地产开发过程中出现了各种问题,应当结合当地实情,制定有利城镇居民购房的政策,采用恰当的开发模式,注重开发适合城镇居民的户型。With the increase in the quantity of the small town, its scale becomes larger, so the population will be more and more, which provides a good chance for real estate development. Nowadays, in the process of the realty empolder, many kinds of problems appear. So we must combine the state of the local case, constitute some advantaged policy for the town dweller＇s purchasing, adopt the proper emploder pattern and pay attention to more proper type of flat for them.
