摘　　要：目前我国大力推进工程项目管理,包括监理公司、设计院、工程咨询公司在内的各类企业也积极开展建设工程项目管理业务。然而,当前工程项目管理公司的定位不明确,导致了实际运作中的许多问题。本文研究了工程项目管理公司在建筑供应链中的地位和作用,以及工程项目管理公司的服务宗旨、工作目标和工作内容,以指导各类项目管理公司更好地开展业务。Nowadays, construction project management is prompted in China and many construction-related enterprises begin to take businesses of construction project management. Based on the construction supply chain theory and practice, the role and function of construction project management companies in the construction supply chain are discussed, and the goals and the main works of project management service are presented.
