摘　　要：探讨了当前国内造价管理咨询所面对的理念创新问题,并从构建多目标管理系统和统一信息平台的角度分析了深层原因。提出了通过调整技术性和经济性控制文件在事前、事中和事后阶段的管理方法,从而让垂直和水平管理手段更能对应市场的要求。This paper analyses the innovative aspects of construction cost consultancy in China, firstly by focusing on a multi-target management system, and secondly by consolidating an information flow. It is further suggested to issue technical and financial control documents at different development stages in such a way so as to be able to meet the demands of functional and team management approaches under the prevailing market condition.
