改良型银夹提高输卵管绝育术成功率的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良型银夹在绝育术中的绝育效果,提高银夹法结扎术的成功率。方法:在YZ-Ⅱ型银夹的基础上通过加宽加长加厚原银夹,改进其防滑关锁装置;比较改良的YZ-Ⅱ输卵管银夹与原夹的绝育效果。结果:1052例中采用改良夹340例,原夹712例,绝育3年后寿命表复孕率分别为0·00%和0·70%。结论:改良型银夹明显提高了银夹绝育术的成功率,尤其适用于输卵管血管增粗者,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of the modified tubal silver clip in sterilization to enhance its successful rate. Methods： The original YZ - Ⅱ sliver clip were modified by lengthening and broadening and thickening to improve its antiskid and lock sets as to compare the effect between original and modified one. Results： Of 1052 subjects, 340 cases were for modified clip and 712 for original one. The life table failure rate was 0. 00% for modified group while 0. 70% for original group 3 years after use. Conclusion： The failure rate for the modified clip group is much lower, especially refer to women with thicked tubal blood vessel, which should be worthy of being popularized.
