摘　　要：Exclusive interview with Vice Minister of the Central United Front and the First Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.The world should not see China’S development as a threat but as a contribufion．All big multinational companies in developed countries are included in its GNP．Japanese GNP’S development has offset long·term depression of its GDP;this is the important reason why Japan's economy has reversed of over ten years’depression．Our companies should be fully prepared and organized to bravely and boldly venture outward and have a global market outlook of domestic GDP being consistent with n^ional GNP．Witll foreign exchange reserves of more than one trillion USD and a big trade surplus．our country should relax its foreign exchange control and loan domestic companies’money to support them in pioneering the international market．The country’S policy towards non-public economy is important criteria for measuring our country’S attitude towardsfulJ reform．Ifwedon’tliketobartertensofmillionsofpiecesofclothesfora737passengcrplanefromthe、№st．wellthen we should take much more time to study the accepting or rejecting of privately operated companies．111is is a signifi—cant reference for how to locate and upgrade China’S national economy as a whole in the process of economic giobalization．．
