摘　　要：目的:本实验用比色法对丁香叶中总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法:以乙醇为溶剂,用超声波提取的方法对丁香叶中总黄酮进行提取。结果:采用以上方法提取可得到黄酮类化合物,总黄酮含量是89．28mg/g。结论:该方法方便、准确可靠、重现性好,可以作为木樨科丁香中总黄酮含量测定方法。Objective： This experiment research in the detemaination of total flavonoid in Lilac leaf.Methods： Taking ethanol as solvents, adopting the method that reflux withdraw with drawed in flavonoid.Resalts： We can get total flavonoid by the method giving above, the content of total flavonoid is 89.28mg/g.Conclusion： The mothod is simple, correct, and with good replication.
