摘　　要：目的:测定木樨科丁香叶中丁香酚的含量。方法:利用溶剂提取的方法对木樨科丁香叶中的丁香酚进行提取,采用气相色谱对丁香酚进行含量测定。结果:丁香叶中丁香酚的含量为12．144％。结论:溶剂提取法提取木樨科丁香叶中的丁香酚及气相色谱法测定其含量均有效,可行。Objective：To determine the content of eugenol of leaves of Oleaceae Syzygium aromaticum（L.） Merr.et Perr.Methods.Solvent- extraction process was carried out on extracting the eugenol of the leaves.the content of the eugenol was studied by GC.Results： the content of eugenol was 12.144% .Conclusion： the method of the solent extraction and the GC are desirable.
