摘　　要：通过分析明清时期山陕商人在青海的贸易活动,论述了明清以来山陕商人在青海进行会馆建设的基本情况,并进一步评述了这种经贸活动和会馆建设对保证山陕商人经贸事业的顺利开展,促进青海商品经济的发展和市场经济因素发育所起到的积极作用。By analyzing trade activities in Qinghai of Shanxi-Shaanxi merchants during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the paper deals with the construction of guild halls in Qinghai, and makes a comment on the positive role played by the trade activities and construction of guild hall in the smooth development of trade business and promotion of comodity economy in Qinghai.
