摘　　要：B-D试验是检验脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器能否安全使用的主要方法,但B-D试验过程中影响因素多,其阳性检测结果并不都是因灭菌器故障而致。本文通过对B-D试验的阳性检测结果进行较系统的验证,分析其阳性检测结果产生的原因,避免因误判而影响灭菌器的正常使用。The B-D experiment is the main method of examine the pulsation vacuum pressure steam sterilization machine whether safe use, but there are many influence factors in the B- D experiment process. The masculine examination result is all not caused because of sterilization machine trouble. In this paper, we verify the masculine result and analyze the cause in order to avoid normal usage of sterilization machine.
