摘 要:目的对蓝刺头茎叶进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH 20柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等方法分离化学成分,1H NMR1、3C NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果从蓝刺头茎叶中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,1)、蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯(taraxerol ac-etate,2)、木栓酮(friedelin,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、5(丁烯3炔1)联噻吩[5(but 3 en 1ynyl)2,2′bithiophene,5]、α三联噻吩(αterthienyl,6)、卡多帕亭(cardopatine,7)、异卡多帕亭(iso-cardopatine,8)。结论化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stem and leaves of Echinops latifolius Tausch. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20, prepeared TLC and the ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Results Compounds 1 - 8 were obtained and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol, taraxerol acetate, friedelin, daucosterol, 5- (but-3-en-l-ynyl)-2, 2'-bithiophene, 5 α-terthienyl, cardopatine and isocardopatine respectively. Conclusions Compound 3 is isolated from Echinops latifolius Tausch. for the first time.
