摘 要:将纳米氧化锌制成纳米氧化锌母炼胶,研究纳米氧化锌母炼胶对NR硫化胶物理性能的影响及纳米氧化锌的减量机理。试验结果表明,与加5份普通氧化锌相比,加2份纳米氧化锌母炼胶,硫化胶的拉伸强度提高,其它物理性能相近。透射电镜分析表明,纳米氧化锌母炼胶在NR胶料中不存在团聚现象,其分散性优于普通氧化锌和纳米氧化锌。在热力学理论分析基础上提出了纳米氧化锌在橡胶硫化过程中的作用机理,为纳米氧化锌减量60%替代普通氧化锌提供了理论依据。A nano-zinc oxide masterbatch was prepared and the influence of the nano-zinc oxide masterbatch on the physical properties of NR vulcanizate and the level reduction mechanism of nanozinc oxide were investigated. The test results showed that the tensile strength of the vulcanizate filled with 2 phr nano-zinc oxide masterbatch was higher than that with 5 phr common zinc oxide,and their other physical properties were similar to each other. It was found by TEM that there was no agglomeration in the nano-zinc oxide masterbatch-filled NR compound indicating that the dispersity of nano-zinc oxide masterbatch was better than those of common zinc oxide and nano-zinc oxide. Based on the analysis of thermodynamic theory,an action mechanism of nano-zinc oxide in rubber vulcanization was proposed to provide the theoretic basis for replacing common zinc oxide with nano-zinc oxide by 60% less weight.
