摘　　要：本文通过对我国对外直接投资和TFP时间序列数据分别进行平稳性检验,发现二者的一阶差分序列均是平稳的,所以它们之间有长期的稳定关系;然后进行因果关系检验,得到TFP是我国对外直接投资的原因;最后进行回归分析并得出结论:我国国内各部门的技术进步是对外直接投资增加的主要原因之一,并且对我国对外直接投资增长具有巨大的推动作用。In this paper, the author firstly got the result that the first order difference sequence of China＇s FDI and the TFP time series data is stable by analyzing TFP and doing a stability test of China＇s FDI and the TFP time series data, so there is a long-term steady relationship between them. Secondly, it was found that TFP is the main reason of China＇s FDI via a consequence test. Thirdly, by doing a regression analysis, there comes the conclusion that the technology advancement is the main reason f or the growth of FDI which is also a great impetus of China＇s FDI.
