循环型城市建设的测度方法与案例研究

摘　　要：城市发展引起的种种生态环境问题日益成为城市管理者和城市学家研究的热点。如何协调城市建设与生态环境的关系成为城市发展必须面对的重要课题。本文分析了循环城市建设的测算办法,提出了发展可持续指数和发展协调系数的概念,并以之测度特定样本循环城市建设水平。Recycling city will become the goal and criteria in building new cities and upgrading old cities in the future. The authors present their method of assessment on recycling city, put forward two variables of recyclecity development （RD） index and development balance （DB） coefficient, and use them in their sample assessment.
