摘  要:【目的】研究枫香槲寄生总皂苷的最佳提取工艺并测定总皂苷的含量。【方法】采用正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺,以齐墩果酸为对照品通过比色法测定总皂苷的含量。【结果】最佳提取条件为10倍量体积分数为70%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。显色后的样品稳定,测定方法准确、重现性好,可用于该植物药总皂苷的含量测定。其中第3批药材总皂苷含量最高,其百分含量为8.16%。【结论】该提取工艺操作简单,经济省时,方便可行。[ Objective] To optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata. and to assay the content of total saponins. [ Methods] Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process. With oleanolic acid as the control, the content of total saponins was detected by chromatometry. [ Results ] The optimal extraction process was as follows: extraction with 70% ethanol in 10 times volume as much as the medicinal material, 3 times, one hour each time. The content of total saponins from the third batch was the highest, being 8.16%. [ Conclusion] The extraction process and content determination method for Viscum liguidambaricolum Hayata. is simple and effective.
