心肌灌注断层显像定量分析用参考数据的选用

摘　　要：目的在对心肌灌注断层显像图像进行定量分析时,根据就诊者的性别、年龄阶段及民族信息选用最合适的参考数据。方法首先根据就诊者的性别、年龄及民族信息,从含有数百组参考数据的数据库中确定几组备选参考数据;再根据各组备选参考数据与就诊者信息符合的程度及其包含的正常人案例数的多少计算其可信度;最后选用可信度最高的参考数据。结果能根据就诊者性别、年龄及所属民族选用可信度最高的参考数据。结论这种方法可提高心肌灌注断层显像定量分析的可靠性。Objective To select a most suitable group of reference data from database for quantitative analysis of myocardial perfusion computed tomography. Methods At first, several groups of reference data were chosen out of database that including several hundreds of groups reference data basing on the sex, age and nationality information of patient. Then ,the credibility of each group of these selected reference data was calculated, by taking into account how much it is in conformity with the patient information and how many normal people＇s data it contains. Finally,the reliability was calculated by using a group of reference data whose credibility is the highest among these selected groups of reference data to do quantitative analysis. Results The soft- ware can use the most credible group of reference data according to the sex, age and nationality information of patient. Conclusion The quantitative analysis by optmizing reference data may increase of reliablity of the myocardial perfusion computed to mography.
