建设新农村与构建和谐社会中发展农村体育文化探析

摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会中发展农村体育文化是新农村体育的重要组成,决定着我国体育现代化的最终实现。由于农村经济发展的滞后、城乡体育文化的冲突以及大众体育文化传播的“城市中心主义”等因素的影响,致使新农村体育文化发展陷入了困境。加速“三化”进程,加快农村经济发展,增加农民收入,改革大众体育文化传播体制,引导农村体育文化发展,以及加强城乡关联,促进体育文化整合,是建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会中农村体育文化发展走出困境的道路选择。It is the important composition of new rural sports to build the socialist new countryside and construct and develop rural sports culture in the harmonious society, determining the modernized realizing finally of sports of our country. Because the influence in factors such as lagging, conflict of sports culture in urban and rural areas and ＂doctrine of centre of the city＂that masses＂ sports culture spread of rural economy development, cause the cultural development of new rural sports to get into a difficult position. Accelerate the process that ＂three melts＂, speed up the development of rural economy, increase peasant＇s income, reform masses＂ sports culture and propagate the system, lead rural sports culture to develop, and it is in urban and rural areas and related to strengthen, promote sports culture to combine, build the socialist new countryside and construct the road choice that the cultural development of rural sports extricates oneself from a plight in the harmonious society.
