摘  要:研制了电化学聚合制备烟酸分子印迹聚邻氨基酚敏感膜传感器,并对分子印迹膜的结构和性能进行了探讨与研究.在弱酸性条件下,以邻氨基酚为单体,烟酸为模板分子,用循环伏安法电聚合成膜制备传感器.该传感器对烟酸具有良好选择性和敏感度,用恒电位计时安培法,烟酸浓度在2.0~5.0mmol/L范围内与电流增量成线性关系,加标回收率在92%~104%之间.A sensitive nicotinic sensor based on molecularly imprinted electropolymer of O-aminophenol was proposed, and its configuration and performance were studied. Under the condition of weak acidity, the sensitive film was prepared through the electropolymerization of O-aminophenol on a platinum electrode in the presence of template (nicotinic). The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to nicotinic. A linear relationship between the current and the concentration was found in the range of 2. 0-5. 0 mmol/L The sensor has been applied to the analysis of nicotinic in samples with recovery rates ranging from 92% to 104%
