摘  要:在动态流量的测试方法上做了新的尝试,提出了一种新的动态流量测量方法.以动态层流流量为研究对象,利用管道中压力脉动包含了流量信息这一原理,通过采集相距为L的两点压力信号对其进行互相关处理,得到渡越时间,从而求得管道内的平均流量.这一过程按一定的时间步长不断地进行,当时间步长趋近于零时,平均流量就逼近于瞬时流量.用无载伺服油缸进行对比实验,证明了这种方法的准确性和有效性,并对相关法的测量结果进行了标定.A new method for measuring dynamic flow is researched. An innovated method is put forward. The dynamic laminar flow is selected as the research object. Basing on the principle of pressure pulse containing the flow information, the transit time is gained by means of sampling and cross-correlation calculating pressure signals at two points away from distance L. Then the average flow can be obtained. This process gets on continuously according to a certain time step length. When time step length tends towards 0, the average flow will approximate to the instantaneous flow. The unloaded servo cylinder is used in the contrasting experiment. The accuracy and validity of cross-correlation method has been proved. The experiment results of cross-correlation method have been calibrated.
