摘　　要：本文从创建和谐社会的视角,论述了长春图书馆创业信息服务数据库建库的宗旨、实践、经验以及以TRS为后台支持,依托小蜘蛛创业信息网创建数据库的服务模式。The paper discusses the aim and experiences on database construction of carving out information service in ChangChun Library from the angle of building a harmonious society. And then the author introduces the practice of database construction supported by TRS, and in the last part the author introduces service modle of database construction relying on Xiaozhizhu carving out information net.
