摘　　要：本文针对外文期刊的出版发行现状、价格的持续上涨趋势,探讨了区域性跨系统的外文期刊联盟建设的必要性和迫切性,提出了实现我省区域性跨系统的外文期刊资源共建、共知、共享的发展模式和对策。In view of existing situation of the publication and price of foreign language periodical, this paper probes into the necessity and urgency of constructing foreign language periodical coalition across system in local area, puts forward the developmental mode of carrying out foreign language periodical coalition across system in Jilin province.
