菊藤胶囊对老年高血压左心室肥厚的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察菊藤胶囊对老年高血压伴左心室肥厚的临床疗效。方法50例老年高血压伴左心室肥厚患者服药前行动态血压及超声心电图检测;服用菊藤胶囊每次5粒,每日3次,并于服药后12周进行复查比较。结果50例老年高血压伴左心室肥厚患者服用菊藤胶囊12周后,24h平均脉压、白昼平均脉压、夜间平均脉压均明显下降;室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室重量指数明显降低,左室舒张功能明显改善。结论菊藤胶囊可使老年高血压左室肥厚患者动态脉压降低,左室肥厚逆转及左室功能改善。Objective：To observe the effect of Juteng Capsule（菊藤胶囊） for elderly hypertension（EH） with left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） . Methods： 50 patients did detection of ambulatory blood pressure and took electrocardiographic tracing before taking medicine, then received Juteng Capsule. 12 weeks later, did re-examination for controlled observation. Results： Of the 50 Patients, 24 hours average pulse pressure, daylight average pulse pressure and noct urnal average pulse pressure all obviously decreased. IVST, PWLV and left ventricular mass indes obviously stepped down, diastolic function of left ventricle improved obviously. Conclusion： Juteng Capsule can decrease dynamic pulse pressure, reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and improve diastolic function of left ventricle for patients with EH combined LVH.
