舒络对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒络粉针对急性血瘀模型大鼠血小板聚集、凝血时间及血液流变性的影响作用。方法用冰水刺激法制备“血瘀”模型,观察舒络粉针对血液流变性及血小板聚集率的影响。结果舒络能显著降低血瘀大鼠血小板最大聚集率,延长血瘀大鼠的凝血时间,降低血瘀大鼠的全血黏度以及血浆黏度。结论舒络能抑制血小板聚集、延长血瘀大鼠的凝血时间和改善血液流变性异常的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Shuluo Injectable Powder（舒络粉针） on platelet aggregation, the clotting - time and the indexes of hemorheology in Acute Blood - Stasis rats. Methods： The Acute Blood Stasis rats were induced by soaked ice water after injecte dadrenaline hydrochloride in a major dose. The effects of ShuLuo Injectable Powder were observed. Results： Shuluo Injectable Powder can inhibite the maximum percentage of platelet aggregation. The clotting- time of rat was elongated treated with Shuluo Injectable Powder After administration of Shuluo the whole blood - viscosity and the plasma viscosity were decreased. Conclusion： ShuLuo Injectable Powder can inhibit platelet aggregation, elongate the clotting - time and ameliorate the indexes of hemorheology.
