摘　　要：根据新世纪以来城市建设、经济发展、交通变化、科技发展等新情况,以科学发展观为指导,以天津市城市快速路规划、设计、建设为例,研讨城市快速路交通安全问题。According to the new situations of the city construction, economical development, traffic change and scientific technical development since the new century, taking the scientific development view as the guidance and taking the planning, design and construction of urban expressways in Tianjin City as an example, the article researches and discusses the traffic safety issues of the urban expressway.
