摘 要:对于斜井射孔完井地层破裂压力的研究,国内外相对较少。在分析总结前人成果的基础上,提出了研究斜井射孔完井地层破裂压力的坐标变换方法,将几何复杂性转化为载荷复杂性,大幅度提高了有限元计算的效率;建立了考虑压裂液渗流影响的三维弹塑性斜井射孔完井地层破裂压力分析模型。根据所建立的力学模型,分析了射孔条件、井斜角和方位角对于破裂压力的影响规律:射孔密度增加,破裂压力明显减小;方位角不同,破裂压力随着井斜角的变化规律不同。Not many studies have been conducted on formation breakdown pressure for formation with perforated deviated wells in the world. Based on the analysis of the previous results, the coordinate transformation to investigate the breakdown pressure for formation with perforated deviated wells wag proposed. The computation efficiency has been improved significantly by converting geometry complicity to load complicity. Considering the effects of hydraulic fluid flow in porous media, a three dimensional, elastic and plastic formation breakdown pressure analysis model for formation with perforated deviated wells has been created. Based on this model, the effects of perforation condition, wellbore inclination, and azimuth on breakdown pressure were analyzed. The results suggest that formation breakdown pressure decreases with the increasing of perforation density and the variation of the breakdown pressure is different for different wellbore azimuth when wellbore inclination is different.
