摘  要:针对辽河油田海26区块构造复杂、油水粘度比大、储层非均质性强的特点,及注入水沿单层突进,平面上舌进、指进的问题,在加强地质研究、开展精细油藏描述、不断完善动态监测系统、利用油藏工程方法和生产测井新技术、结合动态分析深化对油藏水淹和剩余油分布规律认识的基础上,采取了注水井转注、分注、调剖、周期注水及油井对应层调补、堵水、防砂、大修侧钻等措施,以调整注采结构,完善注采系统。该措施实施后有效控制了含水上升速度,提高了注水波及体积系数,区块注水开发效果得到改善。The block of Hai-26 in the Liaohe Oilfield has the characteristics such as, complicated geologic structure, high oil/water viscosity ratio, strong heterogenousity of pay zones, injected water coning, tonguing and fingering. Based on strengthened geology study, detailed reservoir description, improved dynamic monitoring system, reservoir engineering methods, new well logging technique and analysis waterflooding and residual oil distribution, a lot of measures, such as, injectors' converting, separating water profile controlling, and cyclic water injection, producers' compensating, water plugging, sand control, have been implemented to adjust production injection structure and improve production injection system. After implementing these measurers, the increasing speed of water cut is effectively controlled, and sweep efficiency and volume efficiency is increased, and the development results are improved.
