摘 要:通过实验研究了猪粪的不同预处理方法对光合菌群产氢效果的影响,介绍了采用不同方法预处理的猪粪与高效产氢光合菌群产氢量的相关关系、预处理前后猪粪污水中小分子有机酸含量的变化规律以及猪粪的最佳预处理工艺条件等。指出对养殖厂猪粪污水进行光合产氢的最佳预处理方法为光合细菌黑暗好氧处理4d,最佳工艺条件为温度20~35℃、接种量50%、装料厚度小于4cm,对开发以畜禽粪便为原料的高效光合生物制氢技术和畜禽粪便污水洁净化处理技术具有重要的科学意义和实用参考价值。The effects of different pre-treatment methods of swine wastewater on the hydrogen production of the photosynthetic bacteria group were studied through the experiments. The hydrogen productivities of the efficient hydrogen-producting photosynthetic bacteria group on different pre-treatment methods of swine wastewater were presented. The change of small molecule organic acid was discussed, and the best pre-treatment method of swine wastewater was introduced. It was concluded that the best pre-treatment method of swine wastewater is 4 days dark aerobic treatment, and the optimum technological conditions of pre-treatment as following: 20 - 35℃, 50% inoculation , 4cm high swine wastewater input and natural pH value. These conclusions are useful for the hydrogen production of photosynthetic biology and wastewater treatment of livestock and poultry.
