摘 要:对斑节对虾触角腺的显微及超微形态结构进行了研究.其触角腺由体腔囊、迷路和原肾管3部分组成.体腔囊足细胞小,足突起短而细,胞质内小泡和颗粒不多;迷路细胞微绒毛短少而不整齐,含有大量小泡,基底及两侧质膜内陷较深,但基底部线粒体数量很少;原肾管细胞微绒毛较短少而杂乱,胞质内小泡和颗粒含量较少,基底及两侧质膜内陷很深.上述结果显示,斑节对虾触角腺各组成成分中,与其排泄和渗透压调节功能相关的结构较为发达.因此,该虾是甲壳动物中调节能力较强的“渗透压调节者”.The microstructure and ultrastructure of the antennary gland of Penaeus monodon were studied. This organ is composed of coelomosac, labyrinth and nephridial canal. The coelomosac cells have many short and slim foot processes for filtration, and with some vesicles and granules in them. There are short and irregular microvilli with vesicles and deep basolateral infoldings with scarce mitchondria in labyrinth cells. The cells of nephridial canal have shorter and less microvilli with less vesicles but deeper and wider basolateral infoldings with less mitchondria. The excretory and osmoregulatory structures of antennary gland of Penaeus monodon are developed in a eertain extent. It's an 'osmoregulator'.
