红尾沙鼠(Meriones libycus)的年龄鉴定及种群年龄组成

摘　　要：选用2004年4～10月在新疆吐鲁番盆地采集的红尾沙鼠标本，用胴体重为年龄划分指标，将红尾沙鼠划分为5个年龄组。Ⅰ．幼体组：雌性〈40g，雄性〈45g；Ⅱ．亚成体组：雌性40．1～80g，雄性45．1-85g；Ⅱ．成体Ⅰ组：雌性80．1～100g，雄性85．1-120g；Ⅳ．成体Ⅱ组：雌性100．1-120g，雄性120．1～135g；Ⅴ．老体组：雌性〉120g，雄性〉135g。同时探讨了胴体重与体重、体长及尾长之间的关系。结果显示，体重与胴体重之间存在最为显著的线性关系，且各组闯体重交叉不大，故在野外当技术条件受到限制不能称量胴体重时，体重也可作为划分红尾沙鼠相对年龄的指标。种群年龄结构的季节变化特征为：春季Ⅲ，Ⅴ组占优势；夏季和秋初Ⅰ，Ⅱ组数量明显增加，秋季除老体组外。其余各组比例动态变化不大。In this study, the experiment animals, Meriones libycus, were collected in Turpan Basin during the period from April to October 2004. The body weight excluding viscera weight of Meriones libycus is used as the index to study the population age composition of Meriones libycus. The population structure of Meriones libycus is analyzed and divided into 5 age groups by using body weight excluding viscera as the age identification index. The 5 groups are： Ⅰ. Juvenile group： female 〈40 g and male 〈45 g;Ⅱ. Sub-adult group., female 40.1 -80 g, male 45.1-85 g;Ⅲ. Adult group Ⅰ： female 80.1-100 g, male 85.1-120 g; Ⅳ. Adult group Ⅱ： female 100.1-120 g, male 120.1-135 g; Ⅴ. Senior group： female 〉120 g, male 〉135 g. Moreover, the relationships between body weight excluding viscera and body weight, body length and tail length of Meriones libycus are analyzed. The results reveal that there is the most significant linear correlation between body weight excluding viscera and body weight of Meriones libycus, that is the growth of body weight follows the growth of body weight excluding viscera of Meriones libycus, and the difference of body weight among the different age groups is not so significant. These reveal that the body weight can be regarded as the index of identifying the age of Meriones libycus when the experiment conditions are limited and the data of body weight excluding viscera can not be measured. The characteristics of seasonal change of the population age composition of Meriones libycus are that the group Ⅲ and Ⅴ are dominant in spring, the quantities of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increase significantly in summer and early autumn, and the change of proportions of all the groups in autumn is not so significant except that of senior group.
