摘  要:对电池钢壳滚镀镍工艺进行严格的控制,以达到降低生产成本、提高产品质量的目的。对比了电池钢壳滚镀镍一步法、二步法及三步法,得出二步法在工艺上容易控制与管理。介绍了电池钢壳滚镀镍前处理工艺控制、电镀工艺控制(包括温度、时间、电流、镀液pH、回收槽pH及补水方式的控制)及后处理工艺的控制(包括漂白、中和、防锈、脱水及烘干),其中电镀后处理工艺控制最为重要。The process of barrel nickel plating of steel battery shell is strictly controlled in order to reduce production cost and improve product quality. One step method, two steps method and three steps method of barrel nickel plating of steel battery shell were compared, and the process of two steps method is found to be easy to control and manage. The paper also introduced the control of pretreatment process, plating process ( including temperature, time, current, pH of plating bath, pH of bath in reclaiming tank and the method of water compensation ), as well as post-treatment process ( including bleaching, neutralization, rust prevention, dewatering and drying). The control of post treatment process is the most important in the production process control of barrel nickel plating of steel battery shell.
