摘　　要：目的探讨四管交叉引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法1998～2006年10月采用四管交叉引流治疗31例重症急性胰腺炎患者，观察患者带管时间、并发症及治疗效果。结果患者平均带管时间为25d。胰漏8例，假性囊肿空肠吻合1例，腹腔出血1例。保守治愈。术后40d死于肺部感染1例。结论四管交叉引流治疗重症良性胰腺炎操作较简单。患者痛苦较小。无论是坏死组织清除还是脓肿引流均适用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of four - tube crossing drainage in the treatment ot severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 31 cases with SAP admitted to our institution from 1998 to October 2006 were reviewed retrospectively. Time of drainage, complication and therapeutic effect were observed. Results The average time of drainage was 25 d. Of 31 cases, 8 cases with pancreas leak, one case with pancreatic pseudocyst, and one case with abdominal cavity hemorrhage were cured by non - operationl 40 days after operation, one case died of pneum - infection. Conclusion The method of four - tube crossing drainage treating SAP was simple and convenient, therapeuticeffect of which was good. The distress of patients was little.
