摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能不全（CRF）患者C-反应蛋白（CRP）的水平及临床意义。方法选择我院2005年3-5月住院的CRF患者21例作为病例组，本院同期健康体检者20例作为对照组，清晨空腹抽取静脉血，采用比浊法测CRP。结果CRF患者与对照组CRP水平间差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论CRF患者CRP水平明显高于正常人，提示CRF患者处于慢性炎症状态，有效防治炎症有利于改善患者的病情及预后。Objective To investigate the level and the clinical significance of C - reactive protein （CRP） in patients with chronic renal insufficiency （CRF）. Methods Totally 21 in -patients with CRF in our hospital from March to May 2005 were selected as trial group, and 20 healthy persons of the staff were concurrently selected as control group. The CRP level of fasting venous blood of all subjects were taken in the morning and determined by turbidimetry. Results The level of CRP in the patients with CRF was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The level of CRP in the patients with CRF was higher than that in normal people, which suggests that the patients with CRF are in a state of chronic inflammation. To prevent and treat the inflammation efficiently favor the patient＇s condition and prognosis.
