摘  要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化川射干中异黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法以川射干异黄酮的吸附量和解析率为指标筛选大孔吸附树脂,并研究所选树脂分离纯化川射干异黄酮的吸附与解吸特性,优化纯化条件。结果DM-401型大孔树脂对川射干异黄酮的静态饱和吸附量为29.64 mg.g-1,解吸率为91.54%;动态吸附量为27.30 mg.g-1,解吸率为88.74%;上柱前粗提物中川射干异黄酮的含量为24.95%,经大孔树脂分离纯化后川射干异黄酮的含量为58.70%。结论DM-401型大孔树脂对川射干异黄酮有较好的吸附与解析特性,适合用于川射干异黄酮的分离与纯化。OBJECTIVE To optimize the purification method of the total isoflavones in Chuanshegan with macroporous adsorptive resin. METHODS The static adsorption/desorption characteristics were used as evaluation to select the better resin. The selected resin was studied focusing on the dynamic adsorption/desorption characteristics to optimize the purification conditions. RESULTS Resin DM-401 is selected to purify the total isoflavones in Chuanshegan. The static adsorption capacity/desorption ratio and the dynamic adsorption capacity/desorption ratio for the isoflavones were 29, 64 mg · g^-1/91.54% and 27. 30 mg · g^-1/88.74%, respectively, The purity of the product before and after the resin purification process were 24, 95% and 58.7%, respectively. CONCLUSION Macroporous adsorption resin DM-401 was suitable to purify the total isoflavones in Chuanshegan.
