国产妥曲珠利对小鼠的急性毒性和亚慢性毒性试验

摘　　要：为了探讨妥曲珠利对小鼠的毒性作用,评价其临床用药的安全性,进行了妥曲珠利对小鼠的急性毒性和亚慢性毒性试验。结果表明,妥曲珠利对小鼠无毒性作用,经口LD_(50)为5 011mg/kg。妥曲珠利以500、100、20mg/kg给小鼠连续灌胃30d,500 mg/kg表现出生长缓慢、肝脏损伤,100mg/kg和20mg/kg剂量组鼠的体重、脏器系数、血液指标均与空白对照组无差异(P＞0．05)。表明妥曲珠利毒性小,临床推荐剂量是安全的。To find out the toxicity of toltrazuril in mice and evaluate the clinical danger,The research the acute and subchronic toxicities of toltrazuril to mice was conducted. The results suggested that toltrazuril had no acute toxicity on mice, oral LD50 was 5 011 mg/kg, Toltrazuril was given to mice at doses of 500, 100,20 mg/kg by oral administration for 30 days respectively. The result summarized as following.in 500 mg/kg group the body weight were decreased,the liver was damaged,in 100 and 20 mg/kg groups,no sig- nificant differences were observed in body weight,viscera coefficients blood routine（ P 〉0.05）, The results showed that the toxicity of toltrazuril is slight the clinical recommendation dosage is safe.
