摘 要:伪狂犬病是由猪疱疹病毒1型引起的除人和猿以外的所有哺乳动物共患的一种传染病。感染仔猪表现发热、腹泻、呼吸困难、肌肉震颤并继发麻痹、共济失调,母猪表现繁殖障碍,对养猪业造成了巨大的损失。为此,国内外广大兽医科技工作者对伪狂犬病诊断与检测方法进行了大量的研究,建立了病毒分离、动物接种等传统诊断方法,以及大量的血清学、分子生物学诊断与鉴别诊断方法。其中使用分子生物学手段建立的gE鉴别ELISA方法在美国等国家用于伪狂犬病的根除计划并取得了良好效果。研究伪狂犬病的诊断与检测方法对防控伪狂犬病的暴发和传播有重要意义。Pseudorabies, which is also known as Aujesky's disease, is caused by type-Ⅰ porcine herpesvirus. It is contagious to all species of animals except human and apes. The piglets exhibit mild fever, diarrhea, breath with difficulty, muscular twitching,and tremor,and incoordination, paralysis may subsequently occur. Infected sows exhibit reproductive disturbance. It results in great losses in swine industry. In order to minimize the losses, many methods were founded, including virus isolation, serodiagnosis and molecule biology test and differential diagnosis. The gE-ELISA has made a great contribution to the Pseudorabies Eradication Program of America. There was significant value to reseaching its diagnosis methods in the prophylaxis of the pseudorabies.
