摘　　要：聚合酶链式反应连接的限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP),是在基因组上寻找多态性位点,揭示个体或群体间遗传变异或评估种间亲缘关系的一种分子标记技术。由于其具有丰富的多态性、操作的可重复性、遗传信息的忠实性等优点,PCR-RFLP技术的研究和应用十分活跃。寄生虫的遗传变异现象十分普遍,用PCR-RFLP技术精确分析寄生虫遗传变异的研究意义重大。因此,PCR-RFLP技术近年来在兽医寄生虫学虫种分类、流行病学调查、种群变异、确定寄生虫与宿主的关系、药物治疗分析等方面的应用越来越普遍。PCR-RFLP is a molecular marker technology which searches the polymorphism sites and shows inheritance variation of individuals or colonies or evaluates the relations between species. With the strongpoints of abundant polymorphism,repeatable operation and carrying creaible inheritance information,PCR-RFLP has been researched and applied actively. As the inheritance variation is universal in parasites, the precise research with PCR-RFLP in parasites is of importance. PCR-RFLP was used in the research of veterinary parasitology more and more, especially was reported in taxonomy of parasites, epidemiological investigation,variation of virgin population,determining the relation beteen the parasites and hosts, and the analysis of medicine treatment.
