氟比洛芬酯防治丙泊酚注射痛临床探索

摘　　要：目的观察氟比洛芬酯防治丙泊酚注射液注射痛的效果。方法90例ASk Ⅰ～Ⅱ级采用丙泊酚注射液诱导全麻病人，随机分成六组，各15例。A组静推氟比洛芬酯5m1（含量50mg），60min后开始丙泊酚注射液诱导麻醉；B组静推氟比洛芬酯5ml，30min后开始丙泊酚注射液诱导麻醉；C组静推氟比洛芬酯5ml，10min后开始丙泊酚注射液诱导麻醉；D组静推氟比洛芬酯5ml后用压脉带扎于肘部印秒后开始静推丙泊酚注射液麻醉诱导；E组静推氟比洛芬酯60s后开始静推丙泊酚注射液麻醉诱导;F组静推氟比洛芬酯5ml后即刻开始丙泊酚注射液麻醉诱导。结果疼痛发生率及疼痛评分：A组、B组与c组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05），A组与B组比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05），E组、F组与D组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05），E组或F组与A组或B组比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05），D组与A、B组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论氟比洛芬酯对预防丙泊酚注射液注射痛有效，用药后即刻予丙泊酚注射液时对注射痛预防效果最好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of using flurbiprefen axetil injection in treating pain on propafol injection . Methods 90 cases of ASA1 - 2 grade patients under propofol - induced anaesthesia were divided randomly into 6 groups with 15 patients in each group . In group A ,5 ml flurbiprofen（50mg） axetil was intravenous injected 60 min before propofol - induced anaesthesia ; in group B, 5 nd flurbiprofon axetil（50mg）was intravenous injected 30 min before propofol- induced anaesthesia ;in group C, 5 ml flurbiprofon axetil（50mg）was intravenous injected 10 min before propofol - induced anaesthesia; in group D, 5 ml flurbiprofen axetil（50mg）was intravenous injected , then elbow was pressed with blood pressure cufffor 60 sec before propofol - induced anaesthesia; in group E , 5 ml flurbiprofen axetil（50mg） was intravenous injected 60 see before propafol - induced anaesthesia; in group F, propofol - induced anaesthesia began fight aftger 5 ml flurbiprofon axetil（50mg）was intravenous injected . The injecting speed remained constantly （500ml＊h^-1 ）. Pain of injection was ranked according to Ambesh＇ s pain score （none, mild, moderate, and severe）, Results In pain＇ s incidence rate and ranking ： there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）betweon group A and group C , group B and group C , there was no significant difference between group A and group B （ P 〉 0.05）, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）between group E and group D , group F and group D , there was no signifieont difference between group E and F compared with group A and group B（ P 〉 0.05）, compared with group A and group B , there was significant difference in group D （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is effective to use flurbiprofen axetil injection in treating pain on propofol injection, best time for propofol - induced anaesthesia is right after flurbiprefen axetil＇s intravenous injection.
