妊娠期糖耐量减低孕妇早期治疗对妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨通过对妊娠期糖耐量减低孕妇早期进行饮食、心理及运动治疗对降低母婴并发症的作用。方法将85例糖耐量减低孕妇分为治疗组及未治疗组,治疗组进行饮食、心理及运动治疗。结果治疗组巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿低血糖、新生儿窒息发生率均明显低于未治疗组,未治疗组孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病、感染、胎膜早破、羊水过多、剖宫产发生率均高于治疗组。结论对糖耐量减低孕妇进行早期饮食、心理及运动治疗可降低妊娠期并发症、剖宫产率及围产儿病率。Objective： To detect the effect to decrease the maternulfetal complication in GIGT pregnant women with the treatments including diet control, psychotherapy and exercise in the early pregnmit period, Methods： Divide the 85 cases of pregnant women with GIGT into two groups： the control group and the treatment group which received the dietotherapy, psychotherapy and exercise treatments in their pregnant early period. Results; The significant decrease in the incidence of macrosomia, premature infant, hypoglycemia of neonate and asphyxia neonatorum in the treatment group, and the control group has the higher incidence in the PIH, pregnant infection, PROM, polyhydramnios and has more cesarean section changes. Conclusion： The treatment on diet, psychology and exercise applied in the early pregnant period maybe play great effect in decreasing the pregnant complication, cesarean section changes and infant disease in perinatal period.
