摘 要:探讨了一种适用于物料挂壁严重、静电放电干扰强、温度漂移较大的密闭容器内之物位监测设计的新方法.环境自适应数字式智能料位计采用智能分析方法,以单片机为主控,探测换能元件与信号分析处理线路结合为一体的形式,并在抗干扰及稳定性方面进行特定设计,实现自动适应现场环境变化,动态调整工作参数,自我诊断和修复的功能.确保了仪表工作的稳定性和可靠性,为在其他领域接触物位监测方面提供选择.A new method for developing the environment self-adaptation intelligent digital gauge for monitoring material level has been proposed, which can be applied in the enclosed container within the serious condition of dust shields, static electricity disturbing, wide temperature drifting. The monitoring mechanism is based on the intelligent analysis methods, by employing single chips as the main control unit and incorporating with the energy conversion pieces for detecting and signal analysis process circuit. The special designing of improvement in its disturbing protection and stability showed the characteristics of practical environment self-adaptation, work parameter adjusting dynamically and the function of self-examination and self-repairing. The data obtained from both the experiment and its online application confirmed that this intelligent digital gauge with the merits of high stability and reliability in monitoring material level in the power plants, and it could also be the best choice for material level detecting in the other application fields through the contacting mode.
