摘　　要：在阐述农村公共产品的经济学涵义和农村公共产品供给责任表现形式的基础上,对政府在农村公共产品供给中的责任缺失进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议.The economic implication of rural public product and main manifestation of its supply responsibility was elaborated. Chinese government responsibility flaw in the rural public product supply was analyzed, too. The corresponding policy suggestion were obtained as a result.
