摘  要:采取沉水培养和正常培养2种方式,对接种于Knop培养基上的尖叶拟船叶藓(Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis(Mitt.)Nog.)孢子进行培养实验,结果显示:2种培养条件下孢子萌发情况较为一致,萌发率均达90%以上;沉水培养的原丝体生长缓慢、原丝体较长,其分枝数很少,至80 d时仍未出现配子枝原始细胞;而正常培养的原丝体生长较快,其上分枝多而密,约40 d时出现配子枝原始细胞.说明沉水培养会严重影响原丝体的正常发育.Spores of Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis were planted on Knop medium with two kinds of cultures (submerged culture and normal culture) .The germinations of the spores were very similar in these two conditions and the germination rates were over 90%. The protonema in the submerged condition, which was of slow growth, great length and a few branches, couldn' t produce gametophore primordium even at day 80. While, the protonema in the normal condition,which was of fast growth and many branches, produced gametophore primordium at day 40. The results showed that the submerged culture has an obvious effect on the development of protonema.
