数字时代的版权平行进口问题研究

摘　　要：版权的平行进口是一个比较棘手的问题,至今没有统一明确的国际公约对其约束管理。而网络的普遍应用又对版权的平行进口提出了新的挑战。本文在分析数字时代对版权权利耗尽原则的挑战的基础上,对平行进口进行宏观和微观经济分析后,进一步提出我国对于版权的价值取向。The problem of copyright parallel is hard to solve. So far there has been no international treaty to be applied to. While it is a new challenge for the parallel problem because of the intemet. On the basis of analyzing the new challenge in the digital times and making macro and micro analysis, the essay draws a conclusion for the copyfight problem.
