摘　　要：介绍学术期刊编辑部审稿专家数据库建立与完善的基本方法。该数据库的建立可以提高审稿的时效性。This paper introduces the building and perfecting methods of peer reviewer database of editorial department for scientific journals. The building of the peer reviewer database of editorial department can improve effectiveness for a given period of time.
