摘  要:采用气相色谱分析法测定了几种常用单胞藻及其投喂培养的火腿许水蚤的脂肪酸组成.结果表明,金藻8701和三角褐指藻分别具有较高的DHA和EPA含量,比较适合作为桡足类饵料.金藻8701及其与三角褐指藻、绿色巴夫藻、亚心形扁藻等组合作为混合饵料投喂时,培养的火腿许水蚤的几种重要必需脂肪酸(ARA、EPA、DHA)的含量都较高,其中,以金藻8701和绿色巴夫藻按体积比1∶1作为混合饵料时,火腿许水蚤的DHA/EPA值接近2∶1,更有利于其作为海水仔稚鱼的优质饵料.The fatty acid composition of several common monoalgae and Schmackeria poplesia (Copepoda:Calanoida)were examined using gas chromatography (GC)technique. The result indicated the suitability of Isochrysis galbana Parke 8701 and Phaeodactylure tricornutum Bohlin as main diets for copepods,which contain high level of DHA and EPA respectively. In addition,the contents of several important essential fatty acids (ARA, EPA and DHA)in copepods fed by each monoalgal diet and mixed diets were higher. moreover, the ratio of DHA/EPA of S. poplesia was near 2 : 1,which fed by mixed diet of I. galbana Parke 8701 and P. viridis Tseng Chen et Zhang (1 : 1). On the basis of DHA/EPA ratio,S, poplesia was a high quality diet for marine larval fish.
