摘　　要：分析了马钢第一轧钢总厂板坯连铸机铸坯二次切割系统存在的问题,并对该系统进行了一系列的改进,大大改善了该系统设备的运行状况,提高了板坯的红送率及二切定尺合格率,取得了显著的经济效益。Problems existing in the secondary cutting system of the slab caster of Masteel No. 1 Steelmaking Group are analyzed. A series of revamping work has been carried out on the system. This greatly improved the operation condition, increased the hot delivery rate and quality of the secondary specific cut length, bringing notable economic benefit,
