工程造价现状的研究剖析

摘　　要：符合国际惯例的工程造价体系是我国建筑行业进入国际建筑领域的一个切入口。工程造价改革的滞缓已成为建筑领域融入国际社会的一个瓶颈问题,亟待对现行体制进行改革。剖析目前我国工程造价的现状,结合现行体制的弊端和工程造价领域亟待解决的突出问题,针对性地提出了一些相应的改革措施,以供借鉴。同时,从工程造价方向,预测了我国建筑行业良性发展的前景。International practice based engineering cost is an entrance which can connect our country＇s architecture enterprises with international architecture enterprise. The reformation of engineering cost is a problem as bottleneck which prevents domestic architeeture enterprises from getting into international society. The article carries through a general analysis for actual state of our country＇s engineering cost, and advances some innovation steps to consult. At the same time it forecasts the foreground of our country architecture enterprise from the aspect of engineering cost.
