摘  要:住房制度改革导致了住房自有率增加。根据中国六大城市2000年人口普查资料0.095%抽样数据用Logit模型分析了影响城镇家庭住房产权的因素。表明转型中国城镇家庭住房产权选择受到了制度变迁、地区差异和家庭社会经济特征的影响。Housing reform has resulted in the increased rate of self - owned houses. This paper applies logit model to the 0.095% sample of the 5th population census of China to examine the determinants of housing tenure in six cities. It is concluded that the influence of family socio- economic factors such as the age, occupation, educational background, residence, total family number of the householder and city variable are statistically significant. It shows that system changes, regional differences, family socio - economic features can affect the choice of housing tenure in Chinese urban families which are now experiencing changes.
