摘　　要：多级仿真是当前电路ＣＡＤ主要研究方向之一。本文首先提出模拟电路的两种行为模型，接着提出电路频域行为模型自动建立方法，同时给出两种模型功能级仿真的实现算法，文章最后给出功能级仿真实例。The multilevel simulation is one of the major sttldy wars about' circuit CAD. This paper presents two behavior models of analog circuit,and the gives auto-generating the method about circuit frequecy behavior model' An implementation arithmetic is described about funtional level simulation of two model.the simulation exaimples of applying this simulation are given in this paper.
