摘　　要：笔者从不同角度解读了国外外语教育体制、指导思想、教学内容以及教学模式的改革与创新，以及所反映出的外语教育改革的特点和发展趋势，并分析了我国现行外语教育体制面临的挑战和存在的问题，进而探讨了我国外语教育体制改革的思路、目标及措施。From various angles, this paper has firstly analyzed and studied reform and innovation in foreign languages education system, guiding ideology, teaching content and teaching modes abroad, which can certainly reflect the features and trends of foreign languages education reform. Then the article has explored the challenges and problems confronting the present foreign languages education system of our country. And at last the paper probes into concepts, goals and measures of foreign languages education system reform in our country.
