摘　　要：对贫困人口的医疗救助,目前引起了社会各界尤其是卫生领域的关注。通过介绍美国医疗救助制度的产生及其基本内容,医疗救助费用和救助对象的变化,进一步借鉴美国医疗救助制度,使其对我国贫困人口的医疗救助工作起到积极的理论指导作用。There has been increasing concern on Medicaid for the poorest in society, especially in health system. The history of Medicaid in USA, its contents, the changes of expenditure, and its object, as well as lessons were introduced, it is expected that it will be useful for the ongoing projects to establishing and improving the Medicaid for the poorest population in China.
