摘　　要：间谍犯罪是危害国家安全的犯罪行为。间谍犯罪行为是犯罪心理的外部表现,是犯罪心理外化为行动。而间谍犯罪心理的形成和发展,又受内外在诸因素的制约和影响。进一步深入研究间谍犯罪心理的有关问题,对于确认间谍案件性质,打击和预防间谍犯罪,维护国家安全和社会稳定具有重要意义。Spy crimes usually endanger the national security. Criminal conducts are the external expression of internal criminal psychology. Spy criminal psychology＇s form and development are subject to elements, both internal and external. Further study in this field is very important to recognize the quality of crimes, to combat and prevent such cases, thus to protect the national security and social stability.
